VA Aid & Attendance planning: As an accredited VA attorney, Mitch assists Veterans and their spouses with qualifying for the Aid & Attendance Benefit which is a non-service related pension benefit available to certain Veterans and/or their spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing, undressing, medication dosing, or taking care of the needs of nature. The benefit provides supplemental income to help pay for the care for these loved ones, whether in home or in an assisted living facility, providing them with additional funds for their care.
